The call is a short, no-obligation conversation to understand the project, answer early questions and see whether Grove Studio may be the right fit.

If the project sounds like a good fit, the next step is our Discovery Package: a short, fixed-fee phase where we visit the site, walk through it with you, take key dimensions by hand, prepare concept sketches, develop a written brief and give you an early read on what may be possible. Discovery is how every project with us begins, and gives both of us a clear basis for deciding whether to continue into the full architectural service.

When you book a call, the form will ask a few simple questions about the project so we have some context before we speak. You do not need to have everything resolved. Approximate answers are fine, and we will talk through the detail on the call.

The questions may cover:

• The site address or suburb
• The type of project you are considering
• What you are hoping to achieve
• Your approximate budget expectations
• Your ideal timing
• Any existing drawings, planning advice, surveys, photographs, or reference images

At the scheduled time, we will call you to talk through the project, where the site is, what you are hoping to achieve, and roughly when you would like to start.

By the end of the call, you should have a clearer sense of whether Grove Studio feels like the right fit, whether the project is something we can help with, and what the next step would involve.
