Grove Studio is Dylan Grove’s Melbourne architecture and interiors practice. We work with existing and heritage homes, bringing what you love about the house together with what you want life there to become.

A quieter room to retreat to. A kitchen that makes gathering easy. A stronger connection to the garden. The things you collect finding their place. We explore how these wishes could shape the house, including possibilities you may not yet have seen.

I’m drawn to homes with layers: familiar forms finding new uses, rich materials and rooms with different moods. The architecture and interiors develop together, so the arrangement of rooms and the details within them belong to the same idea.

We work through that idea together. I explain what a proposal could offer, how it relates to your priorities and what the trade-offs are.

I take on a small number of projects so I can stay closely involved. On full commissions, that involvement continues through construction, carrying our understanding of the home into the decisions made on site.
